The Studio
I run a small studio. I take on a few partners at a time. You bring ideas + expertise. I build them and help you go to market. (Bonus if you have distribution!)
Monthly retainer + equity. We work together on a monthly basis, and we both take equity in the business. If it works, we both win.
Build, test, repeat. A build takes a week or two, depending on complexity. Speed lets us take more swings.
